It’s also the wrong answer for a surprising number of customers — legal, healthcare, financial services, regulated industries, and any company with a meaningful European footprint.

Operayde starts at the other end: a sealed appliance, installed on your network, with an operator we trust (us) running the fleet around it. The result is AI that keeps your data where it belongs, gives you an audit that actually reconstructs what happened, and costs less over a three-year horizon than paying per token at scale.

We’re engineers first, salespeople second. The team includes folks who’ve shipped hardware at scale, run multi-tenant SaaS, passed bank audits, and argued with regulators. We’d rather write code than make promises we can’t keep.

We will not build a public cloud inference gateway. We will not ship a chatbot that ends up as a cost centre everyone regrets. And we will not apologise for caring about where the data lives — it’s the whole point.
