How is this different from a typical SaaS partner programme?
The appliance model means there is a physical thing to install, certify, and support. We co-invest heavily up-front (training, co-selling, remediation runbooks) and in exchange we expect partners to own the last mile on their regulated customers.
Do you compete with your partners?
We sell direct in regions where we have a deployment team on the ground. In every other region we lead with partners and protect registered deals for 90 days.
What data does Operayde see from partner-delivered deployments?
Control-plane telemetry only — appliance health, policy config, model registry. Customer prompts and documents never leave the customer network. This is the same posture we offer direct customers.
