- The appliance model means there is a physical thing to install, certify, and support. We co-invest heavily up-front (training, co-selling, remediation runbooks) and in exchange we expect partners to own the last mile on their regulated customers.
- Do you compete with your partners?
- We sell direct in regions where we have a deployment team on the ground. In every other region we lead with partners and protect registered deals for 90 days.
- What data does Operayde see from partner-delivered deployments?
- Control-plane telemetry only — appliance health, policy config, model registry. Customer prompts and documents never leave the customer network. This is the same posture we offer direct customers.
