Frequently asked questions
Why monthly pricing instead of per-token?
Per-token pricing punishes the customers who use AI most. Our cost scales with the appliance we ship and the fleet work we do around it, not with your prompt volume. We think you’ll end up spending less — and certainly worrying less.
What happens to the hardware after 36 months?
It becomes yours. You can keep it on the fleet (we’ll keep patching it) or remove it from the fleet and run it standalone — either way the hardware ownership transfers without a further fee.
Can we bring our own hardware?
Not at launch. We need a specific silicon and firmware baseline to honour our SLAs, and every appliance on the fleet shares the same OS image. Pro customers who already have qualifying hardware should talk to us — we have a path for it in 2027.
What’s included in support?
Monitoring, incident response, OS and model updates, remote diagnostics, hardware replacement, and policy authoring help. The difference between tiers is response time and dedicated engineering.
What about data residency?
All appliance-side data — prompts, documents, audit bodies — never leaves your building. The central plane stores only metadata, and you choose its region (EU or UAE) at enrolment.
