Control is built into the platform layer. Every model call goes through a gateway that emits a signed audit event into an append-only chain. Routing is policy-driven, not vendor-driven, so you swap models without re-engineering. Weights are open-weight by default (Llama, Qwen, Mistral). The walk-away path is contractually obligatory and operationally tested in every onboarding.
